Rules for Renting Our Trailers
Find all of our rental rules and regulations on this page—a simple outline designed to keep you safe, avoid booking issues, and help us maintain our trailers in top condition for every customer.
RULE #1
Driver’s License & Insurance Required
We require a valid driver’s license and current insurance card for every rental, no exceptions. This ensures that every renter is properly licensed and covered while operating our equipment. Please have both documents ready when picking up your trailer.
RULE #2
Rental Periods
Based on 24 Hours
All rentals are based on a 24-hour period. For example, if you pick up a trailer at 8:00 AM, it is due back by 8:00 AM on the return date unless otherwise arranged in advance. This helps us maintain a smooth schedule and availability for all customers.
RULE #3
Equipment Care
& Responsibility
We keep our trailers fully serviced and equipped with fresh tires and spares to ensure you have a trouble-free experience. While the trailer is in your possession, you are responsible for its condition, including tires, hubs, and any parts. Please treat the trailer as if it were your own and take necessary precautions while on the road.
RULE #4
Booking Time
& Early Returns
If you think you may need the trailer for extra time, we kindly ask that you book for the maximum time you anticipate needing. This prevents booking conflicts and ensures availability for other renters. If you return the trailer earlier than expected, we will happily credit back any unused days.
